Retainer Fee

The retainer is 50% of the package price.  The retainer holds your date and is non refundable unless the date can be re-booked.

Payment

The balance of the package price is due 10 days prior to the event unless other arrangements are made in advance.  Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted for your convenience.

Overtime

There will be no extra fees charged for overtime.  We are there until everyone goes home!

Extra Fees

Generally the only extra fees will be for anything requested beyond the outlined packages.  Extra fees may apply if your ceremony is at a separate location or requires a second person or system.  We will alert you of any such situation as it arises.

Contracts

A signed contract will be presented at the time of booking.  If it is mailed, we ask that it be returned within 10 days with the retainer.

Cancellation and Payments

If the event is cancelled, the retainer is not refunded.  If that date can be re-booked, you will receive a full refund. 

Emergencies

If for any reason, your entertainer can not attend your event and is ill, injured, or the like, you will be notified as soon as possible.  We will be sure to cover your date with one of our other professional entertainers.
